Right from the get go, we can tell who is the boss and runs everything in the Jones family. You know it’s Martha who deals with all the petty fights and is the messenger. She actually has the patience to answer these calls and reply calmly. She’s the glue that holds her broken family together, which must put a strain on her. Those who have gone through divorce know how nasty it is and how much of a mess it can make. All of this while being a studying to be a doctor.
